The Best Cocktail Bars in Las Vegas

You think exclusive, private, select, and intimate when you picture the elite of Las Vegas. The Vault at the Bellagio Hotel is known for its cocktail art and craftsmanship (these are the only words that you will find on the website). This speakeasy-style lounge, which is both delicious and decadent, caters to those who appreciate the finer things in life.

The unmarked entrance, hidden behind the tables of gambling where Lloyd is seated with rowdy customers, leads into a more refined venue. It reminds you of days gone by when movie stars and mobsters rubbed shoulders in some of the most swanky joints. The onyx-colored bar is the focal point of the small, cozy room. There are 10 gaming tables. This small, luxurious space is where a variety of rare and sought-after spirits and cocktails are created and served. It adds to its allure. This place is unique because the staff has access to vintage spirits and liquors for cocktails. You can taste history while you are there. The staff will also change the vintages for each order, so your visit or next round may be different. If you love champagne or whisky, try out the Rose and Romance.

Superfrico Ski Lodge

The Ski Lodge is the only Apres-ski in the Nevada Desert. You should navigate your way through a casino to get to Superfrico, and then to the Ski Lodge. You’ll be greeted by one of the most incredible cocktail lounges (and not just in terms of temperature). This party venue, inspired by Bar-Gyu, a popular Après-Ski spot in Hokkaido, Japan, offers top-rated cocktails and an atmosphere reminiscent of a snow-covered cabin with a burning fire.

You don’t have to worry. It’s so cool that you forget the sauna temperature outside and feel as if you are on vacation, preparing for the pow-pow (or gnat) of your choice.

The faux window depicting a forest covered in snow is the perfect accompaniment to your drink. If you’re looking for a new drink, the Pow Pow Mule and Salty Sled dog will appeal to anyone. Or order the Shotski for Apres-Season vibes. Don’t forget the Tokyo Happy Meal! You will thank us once you have tried it.

NoMad Bar

If a bar has been awarded the title “Best Bar in North America”, it is probably worth trying. It’s a claim of fame that even the most snobbish cocktail lovers can appreciate (even though it happened in 2017). In this case, the beverage team was led by Leo Robitschek, who ranked third for Best Bar in the world. It’s unheard of to mention two award winners in the same paragraph.

NoMad Bar in the NoMad hotel at Park MGM serves dinner but is also famous for its cocktail menu and late-night bites. This is the perfect place to unwind after a day of shopping on Las Vegas’s strip or just to sip alone. Who wouldn’t want to add it to their list, with menu items like Gentleman’s Exchange, Hot Lips, and Espresso Martini, as well as tasty bites such as Maine Lobster Rolls and a mouth-watering Espresso Martini?

Herbs and Rye

Herbs & Rye is located off the Strip and offers excellent food. Their delicious menu, ranked among North America’s Best Bars, keeps visitors from around the world coming in. The dark interior of this spot is intimate and private, making you feel as if you have found a hidden treasure. The hotel staff raves about the Happy Hour. They go there after work to get half-off steaks and sip on the cocktail menu themed around historical periods. You can find entire pages of menus dedicated to various periods, such as the Gothic Age, the Rat Pack, and even Tiki. It can be challenging to choose just one drink, so try them all. The website reads, “We have some pretty tasty steaks and delicious cocktails.”

Liquid Diet

It may surprise you to learn that the Strip is not the only place to enjoy a good drink and a great party atmosphere. It’s a long way from the clubs and nightclubs you find at the casinos, but it’s no less fun. Locals say that this is the place to go on weekends. New bars and locations are opening all the time to keep it the “it” spot in town. Liquid Diet is one of the relative newcomers, with their delicious pico de gallo michelada.

Reviewers have praised this space as one of the best in Las Vegas. They describe it as both “open” and “spooky”. It feels like you’re sharing space with staff and the excellent kitchen. Don’t forget to try their craft cocktails, like the malted-mudslide. Order your dirty martini with extra dirt: It comes with black pepper and pickled shallot infusions that remind you of tasty mignonette. Liquid Diet is the best place to start if you are a tourist from outside the city.
